Accuracy is part of the brief.

All property imagery on this page is fictional. Client work requires permission to use the source material and review against the real property. We do not add nonexistent amenities, conceal material defects or present generated views as verified spaces. Photo-based video is not a measured 3D tour; on-site filming and drone footage are not included unless separately agreed.

How it works

From a clear brief
to an agreed deliverable.

The project starts with purpose and permissions. Format, duration, source material, revisions, usage and timing are agreed before production.

  1. Define the brief

Identify the audience, message, call to action and intended channels. Confirm the source material and usage permissions.

  2. Set the direction

Agree on a visual approach, production method, deliverables, fee and delivery schedule.

  3. Review the work

Review the draft against the brief. Check factual accuracy, brand presentation and the revisions included in the scope.

  4. Prepare delivery

Receive the approved assets in the agreed formats, with the usage terms and any relevant disclosures documented.

Before we begin

A few practical
questions.

What does introductory pricing include?

Introductory pricing is quoted for a defined first project. The written scope identifies the assets, formats, duration, revision allowance, usage terms and delivery schedule. There is no standard package price or automatic discount stated on this page.

Do you use AI in production?

AI-assisted tools may be used for concept development, image creation or refinement, and video production where appropriate and agreed. Production methods depend on the brief. Generated content requires human review and any disclosures appropriate to its use.

Can we use our existing photographs?

Yes, subject to image quality, suitability and permission. You must own or have the rights needed for the proposed use and editing. For property work, current photographs and factual reference information help us review accuracy.

Is filming, advertising or campaign management included?

The agreed scope governs the work. On-site filming, drone capture, advertising spend, media buying and ongoing campaign management are not included by default. Video assets do not come with a guarantee of sales, bookings or audience growth.
